Program Business reviews • Attendance • Required: All PPT members, PMT leader + 1 or 2 PMT members to assist • Optional: Other PMT members • Logistics • Review scheduled by PMT leader ahead of time (at least 2 weeks) • Materials circulated 5 business days before review • 2 hr meeting (1 hr presentation, 25 min Q&A, 25 min closed PPT discussion, 10 min communication of decisions) • PMT leader presents • Minutes issued within 24 hrs of the meeting Atrica Confidential – NDA Required – Do Not Duplicate or Redistribute

Program Business reviews (continued) • Content • Review updated business case • Review project status, plans for the next phase, for the whole project • Review project needs (budget, resources) for the next phase • Outcome • Go/No Go/Redirect to next Phase for project • Decisions taken on requests recommended by PMT Atrica Confidential – NDA Required – Do Not Duplicate or Redistribute

Program Business review- meeting format Deliverable (review package) are distributed five working days before the Business Review PPT Preparation Follow-up Program Business Review; 2h meeting Minutes Distributed to Participants 1 day after Review Deliverable 3-5 days prior Decision (PPT Closed- Session) up to 25 minutes Presentation 60 minutes Discussion up to25 minutes Debriefing & Action Logging 10 minutes Core Team leader & PPT PPT discusses issues and reaches consensus decision PPT and PMT leader stay for the close session PPT (Only) asks more in-depth questions as background for decision Core Team Leader gives presentation drawn directly from Product Proposal or Product Development Plan agenda; Only PPT asks clarifying questions Atrica Confidential – NDA Required – Do Not Duplicate or Redistribute

Technical Reviews • Attendance • Required: PMT members, Project Team leaders, Principal engineers, Functional managers • Optional: Related project managers when appropriate, project team • Logistics • Review scheduled by R&D project manager ahead of time (at least 2 weeks) • Materials circulated 5 business days before review • Meeting duration varies depending on project complexity and position in development cycle • R&D project manager runs meeting • R&D project manager (helped by core team members when appropriate) presents Atrica Confidential – NDA Required – Do Not Duplicate or Redistribute

Technical Reviews (continued) • Content • Review project status from technical standpoint and technical choices • Identify gaps and issues to address. • Review technical plans for the next stage • Outcome • Decision to proceed or not to the Phase Review or to the next technical stage Remark: HW, SW CDR’s can be done in different events.
