WHAT IS SFRC? • SFRC - Steel fibre reinforced concrete is defined as a concrete, containing discontinuous discrete steel fibres. • Steel fibres are incorporated in Concrete to improve its Crack resistance, Ductility, Energy absorption and impact resistance characteristics. • Properly designed and dosed SFRC can reduce or even contain cracking, a common cause for concern in plain concrete.

What is RCC jointless flooring? • Without railing we can pour the concrete using the laser screed for the purpose of reducing construction joints. • This is called as RCC Jointless Flooring. • When concrete is shifting by Trolly it weakens the floor and causes un even cracking. • Now laser screed is used to avoid the traditional flooring errors to increase compressive strength.

WHAT IS GRANOLITHIC FLOORING? • Granolithic flooring offers a visually pleasing alternative to traditional concrete. • The mix of cement and aggregate, can be polished to a smooth finish and sealed with a durable surface coat. • The process creates a strong, dense surface, which is ideal for bearing extreme weights in factories and other industrial settings. • Although granolithic flooring can sometimes make a room feel cold, the infusion of texture, color and inlaid design can restore warmth to this masonry flooring. • Granolithic floors can support a great deal of weight.

  9. WHAT IS VDF? VDF Flooring or Vacuum Dewatered Flooring or Tremix Flooring is a system for laying high quality concrete floors where the key is Dewatering of Concrete by Vacuum Process wherein surplus water from the concrete is removed immediately after placing and vibration, thereby reducing the water cement ratio to the optimum level.
