Web Application Registration and Submission Process

This web application allows applicants to register and submit their details for processing by Customs Officials. Applicants can login, complete registration, fill out Annexure 1 and 2, preview and submit their application.

  1. HOME PAGE OF THE WEB APPLICATION Applicant has to first register himself before login

  2. REGISTRATION WINDOW VIEW A registration window will open wherein the applicant has to provide his basic details and choose his ID and Password

  3. APPLICANT’S VIEW – AFTER SUBMISSION OF REGISTRATION DETAILS, OTP IS SENT TO REGISTERED MOBILE AND E-MAIL On the number and e-mail provided, the applicant will be sent an OTP, which he needs to input to complete registration.

  4. APPLICANT’S VIEW – AFTER FEEDING THE OTP REGISTRATION PROCESS COMPLETED, MESSAGE APPEARS After providing the OTP, the applicant is successfully registered. He can now use the ID and Password for login.

  5. APPLICANT’S VIEW - APPLICANT TO NOW LOG IN AFTER SUCCESSFUL REGISTRATION Applicant logs in with the ID and Password provided by his during registration.

  6. APPLICANT’S VIEW - ANNEXURE 1 PAGE 1 This is applicant’s dashboard view. Clicking on ‘Application form’ takes him to the Annexure 1

  17. APPLICANT’S VIEW – APPLICATION SUBMITTED, MESSAGE APPEARS Once application is satisfied with his application, he submits ‘Submit’ in preview window and the applications is submitted successfully. The application now moves to Customs Officials’ dashboard for processing
