BEAN SOUP WITH GARLIC & TOMATO Ingredients • Vegetables, mixed (carrot, cabbage, corn, green peas, bell peppers, celery, chives) - 2 Cups • French Beans - 1 Cup • Garlic extract spice drop – 1 drop • Tomatoes, diced – 1 number • Olive Oil - 1 Tbsp • Large Red Onion, diced - 2 Slices • Vegetable stock - 3 Tbsp • Salt - ½ tsp • Black Pepper extract spice drop – 1 drop • Dried Basil - ¼ tsp • Vinegar – 1 tsp • Water - 9 Cups Method 1. In a stew pot, soak vegetables, beans and seasoning in nine cups of water for 15 min. Heat it on stove and bring to boil for a few minutes and then turn down heat to simmer 2. In a saute pan, cook onions and add garlic extract spice drop in olive oil on low for 5 min. Add in diced tomatoes, bring to boil and then reduce to simmer for another 15 min 3. You can add garlic & black pepper extract from spice drop after the dish is ready or during the cooking. 3. Add contents of the saute pan to stew pot and simmer 40 min to an hour 4. Add vinegar and remove from stove 5. Serve hot!
