Who is ITC BA • The business was founded by Larry Sive 23 years ago. • It was then sold to ITC which subsequently was bought by • TransUnion and rebranded TransUnion Receivables • Management. • In 2010 Larry Sive, Jagfin Trust and Safika Investments • bought the business back and we re-branded to ITC BA. • Our BBBEE status is level 3 • We are based in Cape Town and operate nationally. • Our call centre has the capacity to seat 300 collectors.

Results achieved for Cape Town City Council • ITC BA Final Demand Letters – 33% of the • debt resulted in full/part payment. • A further 10% have committed to payment • plans. • ITC BA Collections – successfully collected • Approximately 20% of debt handed over. • These debts had no contact information. • ITC BA provided the City of Cape Town with • verified contact information and ID numbers • on these debts.
