Goal 3: STAFFING Identify priority areas for Professional Development. Identify leaders for in-school PD. Exit interviews need to be analyzed. Implement training sessions for local staff. ILBC/YIS conflicts in policy.
Goal 4: SCHOOL RESOURCES Goal 5: CURRICULUM Create standardized curriculum templates (UbD) Draft and publish school-wide policy on improving critical reading skills across the content areas. Develop a plan K-12 to increase writing across the curriculum Vertically align Social Studies curriculum. Develop a plan to integrate ESLRs into the teaching process
