Runner Safety • Buddy system • Sidewalks as first option • Road Running • Be a defensive Runner • No more than two abreast • Left hand side of road facing traffic • Never cross the road unless at an intersection` • Always be alert at intersections • Extra Precautions • Run only at ECC Campus • Run with a reflective running vest • Parent volunteers

  7. Team Guidelines • Being a student-athlete • Be on time, respect coaches and teammates, no profanity • Sleep, Fuel, Hydrate • Excused vs. unexcused absences

Logistics • Shuttle buses • VV door 16 2:45 to ECC, 3:20 to ECC • Weather • Only deterrents are lightning and heat • We will ALWAYS meet for practice • Appropriate Clothing • Busing to meets • Schedule, departure times, meet times, race times • sent via weekly communication, always posted on website • Rides Home • Training Room • Tschida and Eric
