Security Concerns DuringTravel and Assignment Role of the Employer Management of Health and Safety Work Regulations (HSE, 1992) requires employers to assess the risks to employees’ health and safety. Where appropriate, the risks covered might include the need to protect employees from exposure to reasonably foreseeable violence.
