Consultation process • Open meeting on 13th September • Feedback by 11th October • Discussion at Independent Care Group meetings in August, September and October • Detailed response at October ICG meeting: all suggested changes made to the specification • Revised specification sent out to all providers in November 2010 • Individual responses in writing

  3. Main outcomes • Clarification of wording – all suggested changes were made • Additional administrative pressures: • Set core KPIs • Minimised returns to annually, moving to 6 monthly • Electronic returns form developed • Joint development of monitoring arrangments
