Intensive vis-a-vis Non-Intensive INTENSIVE NON-INTENSIVE Transition Phase SGSY mode of implementation Existing institutions- of poor (SHG, GPLF) will be nurtured and provided hand holding support. Credit flow through project Facilitate credit linkage of SHGs with Banks Skill-Placement linked skill development for rural youth Livelihoods-Existing livelihoods and new livelihoods will be promoted • Saturation -The process of social mobilization which includes participatory identification of poor, bringing the left-out HHs into the SHG fold, Federating the institutions (SHG-CLF-GPLF - TRIPTI model) • Saturation of all blocks -5 years( 2017) • Social capital - Community Resource Persons (CRPs), Community Mobilizers (CMs), Master Book Keepers (MBKs) etc. • Credit flow through -GPLFs • Facilitate credit linkage of SHGs with Banks • Skill –CBO facilitated Placement linked skill development for rural youth • Livelihoods -Producers Group -Develop Livelihoods value chains

Structure of Community Institutions One Woman From each HH Member Member Member Member Member SELF HELP GROUP (SHG) 10-20 Members (5-20 in case of Differently abled members) 2 members form each SHG- one Poor/EPVG and one leader nominated to CLF 1 CM 5- 15 SHGs (1 to 2 Villages) CLUSTER LEVEL FORUM (CLF) 3 members form each CLF- one Poor/EPVG and two leaders nominated to CLF 1 GPLF-CP 1 GPLF Book Keeper GRAM PANCHAYAT LEVEL FEDERATION (GPLF) Representatives of Member CLFs 4 Professional Resource Persons (PRPs) Representatives of Member GPLFs BLOCK LEVEL FEDERATION (BLF)

Role of PRI • Identification & mobilization of BPL households into SHG • Facilitate formation of federations at village/GP/Block level • Providing basic facility to the Federations in terms of providing accommodation for federation office, giving priority to the demands of SHGs/federations in annual plan of PRI etc. • Leasing out Panchayat resources such as fishing ponds, CPR, market yards to SHG/federation for proper management & maintenance Etc.
