Enrolling at Soquel High School • You must enroll at Soquel High as we are a different district – Santa Cruz City Schools • Fill out and complete all four forms • Enrollment form (Blue) • Freshmen Course Requests (Green) • Student Health History (Green) • Home Language Survey (White) • Signatures required on ALL forms
