  20. Application & Transfer Process The student takes the placement test and begins his or her program. The student receives a registration packet from the main office at Hancock International. The student submits the necessary documents to Hancock International. Step 1 Step 2 Step 3 Step 4 Step 5 The student submits the Transfer Form to his or her current school.
