    3. Our Mission “The HR Leadership Forum is a learning community of senior HR leaders building healthy organizations by sharing best practices and promoting member interaction.”

    4. 05/06 Program Achievements 8 programs with substantive, continuous learning opportunities – Highest ratings in past 5 years. 1 intense, 2-day Action Learning Seminar. Programs held in DC, Maryland and Virginia. Hosted two social events, designed as opportunities for peer relationship cultivation and sharing. Informal membership gatherings planned during the summer.

    6. Financial Status 05/06 Revenue Generated: $86,647 Expenses Incurred: $68,054 Cash on hand as of June 15, 2006: $68,819 11 Sponsors contributed $20,500 to support programs Dues will remain at $350 for 2006-2007

    7. Highlights from 2006 HRLF Member Survey Patricia Williams, Chair 96% of members responding were either “satisfied” or “very satisfied” overall with HRLF. 92.5 % of members plan to renew their HRLF memberships. 98.75% would recommend HRLF to their colleagues.

    8. HRLF Members weighed in on what we can do better Recruit more in-house HR practitioners to the membership. Host more hands-on learning opportunities and workshops. Promote a more interactive style of networking. Better parking.
