1 intense, 2-day Action Learning Seminar.
Programs held in DC, Maryland and Virginia.
Hosted two social events, designed as opportunities for peer relationship cultivation and sharing.
Informal membership gatherings planned during the summer.

96% of members responding were either “satisfied” or “very satisfied” overall with HRLF.
92.5 % of members plan to renew their HRLF memberships.
98.75% would recommend HRLF to their colleagues.
