4. Without Any Electronic "System"? Yes, that means making do with spreadsheets, paper, and raw human brainpower.

5. Heads Up • Our system won’t work for large institutions (you need something automated for that) • But we think it will work well for small institutions with under 50 active PIs • However • Larger institutions might want to hear what our auditors told us

7. A little background • Agnes Scott College • Just under 900 students • 75 full-time faculty members • Private, liberal arts college in Decatur, Georgia • Under a million in annual research expenditures • First A-133 audit in 2009
