His decisions since starting Western Rim show that he has the best interests of his tenants at heart, whether they are past or future. By listening to what his residents want and need, he has continued to grow his business to its multi-billion-dollar status. Part of the reason that Marcus Hiles has such a successful real estate property development company, is that he always puts the customer first. Mr. Hiles prioritizes customer satisfaction above all else in the real estate industry.
