  2. CEOS Strategic Documents The CSS Implementation process culminates in the development of a suite of new CEOS Strategic Documents: • CEOS Strategic Guidance (10-year life) • CEOS Governance & Processes (5-7 year life) • CEOS 3-Year Work Plan (rolling, updated annually)

Steering Committee Progress: • Terms of Reference developed in December 2012 • Committee selected and professional writer engaged • Initial Telecon held in February 2013 • Face-to-face closed work sessions on Tuesday & Friday of SIT-28 • Biweekly telecons from SIT-28 forward • Document outlines have gone through one revision • Timeline includes multiple opportunities for CEOS input and engagement
