Tools at Your Disposal Three outcome-based planning tools to process these question are: Outcome Map – Refine and add outcomes and/or strategies Context & Assumptions – Articulate what you believe is happening Process – Consider the audiences and stakeholders that are involved in your processes
Homework During the winter break, please work with your team to accomplish the following by Wednesday January 12th, 2011 so that our team can work with you to create a simple presentation: Draft a list of critical questions for your state’s QRIS (like those we discussed in session 2 and those teased from your last homework assignment) Draft a list of outcomes you hope that your QRIS will generate and for which you think the QRIS should be held accountable Draft a simple 30,000 Outcome Map for your state QRIS, using the tool provided or something more useful to you. Be prepared to present your draft outcome map to your peers at the January 26th of February 13th meeting (25-30 minutes presentation and peer consultation for each state team)
