  1. Making Information Available to the World with HTML & Web Pages Data Analysis & visualization with MS Excel Using basic computational skills, html files were created and uploading onto the web. MS Excel was used and shown to a useful tool to categorize and organize one’s expenses, finances, and any sort of computational data. Visuals such as pie charts were easily created within the same space too. Computer Science By: Nancy Fong Visual Programming with Alice Desktop Publishing with MS Word ALICE allows one to create a virtual world of simple animation with the capability to alter minuet details. Such is seen in “Frog World” and “Clocks”. Computational Thinking Information Technology (IT) fluency including proficiency with certain computer applications (traditional computer literacy), principles on which you can build new understanding as IT evolves, high-level reasoning and IT problem solving, and basic web programming (HTML/XHTML). With the tools and templates provided by MS Word, a sample career plan was created to exemplify the MS Word tools that one can utilize. Presentation of Info with MS Powerpoint Dynamic webpage programming with Javascript MS Powerpoint has shown to be a useful and efficient way of displaying data visually, such as the comparison of stocks. Similar to MS Word, MS Powerpoint also contains templates and themes for one to choose from. JavaScript allows was used to create a more dynamic computer-to-audience response, with scripted feedback based on if/else statements and loops.
