Summary Through this project I learned a lot a bout myself. I learned that I am responsible, work well with others, and that I am detail oriented. I also learned a lot about what I want to do when I grow up. I want to manage a company such as a hotel. Also I learned about what colleges I should go to. Some examples of those are Notre Dame, St. Mary’s, or Creighton. I also learned that I can use some of my favorite skills without using them in my job. I want to be a runner. I can always run outside. One of my favorite thing to do is run. That does not mean for my job when I grow up. I learned so much through this project. I am very happy that I did this.
Holland Code I am very organized and friendly to others but I can still keep on task. My Holland Code shows this about me very much. It is CES. Conventional means that I can work with data and stay on task and am detail oriented. I have always liked planning things and keeping organized. I got a 20 in this section so I think this shows a lot about me. My next letter stood for Enterprising. Enterprising means people who like to work with other people, persuading leading or managing them for an economic goal. Enjoy leadership positions. Again, this shows how I love to stay organized and get things done early or on time. The S stands for social. Social means people who like to work with people to inform, enlighten, help, train, or cure them. Solve problems through discussion. This shows that I like to be around others who are helping and who want to help. My Holland code definitely describes me. My dream had always been to run a hotel. I think that this Holland Code shows that I could do this because it suits my personality. I am very happy with how it came out.
