Initial situation in Berlin-Lichtenberg • City district in East Berlin, approx. 258,000 inhabitants, of these about 55,000 are btwn. 6 and 25 years old • Young people btwn. 15 and 25: 15% unemployed, 21% on welfare (Hartz IV) 10% of them can no longer be reached Project FOKUS :P for young people in Lichtenberg btwn. 16 and 27 1/11/2010 to 31/12/2013
