NAVY EXECUTIVE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (NEDP) • Comprises the continuum of “Executive Education” courses and programs offered to Navy Senior leaders from O5/GS14 to 3 Star Flag Officers. • Focus: to develop the senior leaders’ strategic and “business” acumen. • Four organizations take part in the NEDP continuum: NPS CEE (NSLS and SCW/EMRSP Workshops) , DNS (NFLEX), OCHR (GS15/SES Development), and NOOF (FLAG DEV NEDP courses). • *** Note: FLAG DEV (NOOF) comprises both NEDP courses and Joint Warfighter Development Program (JWDP) courses (please see backup slide) Specialize Courses EMRSP
