  4. The Problem • Safe Routes to School serves five elementary schools per year • 48.8% of SPS students in secondary schools

  8. Our Proposal • Expand Safe Routes to School to secondary schools • Serve one middle school and one high school each year • Already proposed in Pedestrian Master Plan for 2020 implementation
