  3. Our Goals • To have a great year … • Enjoy ourselves … • Prepare this Great District for the Future … Club Leadership Plan and Future Vision • Assist each of you in Strengthening Your Clubs • Expand our Public Image • Revitalize and Reorganize some Avenues of Service CLTS 3

  7. District … Difference • What is different …? • Use of Lieutenant Governors • Three LTGs to help in Communications and… • Prepare future leaders …let me introduce them … LTGs Carol Foley, Julie Franklin and PJ Maddox CLTS | 7

  8. District … Difference • What is different …? • We will make some changes in the Avenues of Services: • Focused on Vocational – reinvigorate and reorganize to look toward the future • Focused on International – aligned with Areas of Focus CLTS | 8

  9. District … Difference (cont.) • Focused on New Generations as we move to the future and we integrate all youth programs under one umbrella Avenue of Services • Focused on Club and Community Services – continuing in the super support we provide to our Clubs and the Community CLTS | 9

What is the District’s Mission The Mission of Rotary District 7610 as I see it: • Support the missions of Rotary International and The Rotary Foundation • Support our Member Clubs—in their efforts to sustain and increase membership, implement successful service projects (in the five avenues of service), as they support the Rotary Foundation and its programs • Serve as liaison and resource for training, continuity, information, planning, and leadership development CLTS | 10

  11. Thank you for your time … We are excited about the year ahead … It truly is a year of transition … Besides ‘Making it Happen’ this year -- the year after we will be under the Future Vision and every club will be under the CLP CLTS | 11
