Code of Business Conduct Training Code of Business Conduct training is mandatory for all employees and should be completed within 30 days of hire. In order to satisfy this requirement follow these steps: • Log into the Learning Hub (Hub): https://www51.honeywell.com/hrsites/lms/lms.html • View your “To Do List”. The Code of Business Conduct 2011 item may already be assigned to you and listed in your To Do List. If so then click on the course title to launch the training. • If the item is not in your to do list then in the Catalog field type Code of Business Conduct 2011 and click to search. When the item appears click on “Go To Content” and the module will launch. • Ensure that upon completion that the item has moved to your Completed Work section on your Hub home page. • For questions contact access.integrity.helpline@honeywell.com Code training is required approximately every 3-4 years as mandated by Honeywell Corporate. Employees will be notified directly when additional training is required. Code Training Offered in More Than 20 Languages Globally
Compliance Training – Policy 1005 • As required in Corporate Policy 1005 employees are also required to complete additional mandatory compliance training within 60 daysof hire. • Follow instructions on prior slide for accessing the Learning Hub and use the course numbers listed below to locate the appropriate training by searching in the Catalog field. • For questions contact access.integrity.helpline@honeywell.com
Honeywell Code and Policies • To obtain the Code of Business Conduct employees should go to the following website to download a copy (20+ languages available): http://teamsites.honeywell.com/sites/compliance/codeofbusinessconduct/Pages/default.aspx • Employees should also be aware that beyond the Code of Business Conduct Honeywell also has a corporate-wide Policy Manual. • Employees should make themselves familiar with the policies contained therein and use the policies as a resource for guidance or clarification on Honeywell policies and procedures. • For any questions employees may contact the Policy Focal Point listed within any of the policies or they may contact the Policy Administrator listed at the website below.
