Recent Challenges • SIA coverage low not uniform in all districts • Outbreaks in year before follow-up SIAs • Recurring operational / technical problems • Bumps in the road to integration • Challenge in bringing all partners to the table • Integrating with OPV vs. measles SIAs • Delay in Kenya measles SIA to allow integration • Ghana measles SIA had low coverage in age groups not included in ITN distribution
