Introduction Apple is one of biggest multinational technology company in the world. 123,000 full-time employees in head office and 498 retail stores in 22 countries as of July 2017. As of January 2016, more than one billion Apple products are actively in use worldwide.
What is the conflict ? Conflict is a social phenomenon that occurs in species, time period, and culture.(De Dreu, Gelfand,2007)
Discrimination Discrimination can be a source of intense conflict e.g. Discrimination against the Chinese market
Performance - review of conflicts negative feedback in the appraisal based on the employee's own behavior during the appraisal is inevitable.
Conflict with customers Sales and customer service may often conflict with customers. Conflicts between Apple and customers have always existed
There are two main types of conflicts:functional conflicts and dysfunctional conflicts

Example 2 examples about dysfunctional conflict and functional conflict. In additional, I will analysis the cases.
1.Apple VS FBI (functional conflict) On December 2, 2015 a terrorist attacked the California. The FBI tried to force Apple to go against their customers liberties and gain access to the terrorist’s iphone for FBI.
Resolve and Result 1.Set up a group 2.Change working condition 3.Follow the case in time won the trust of customers.
2.Apple VS China(Dysfunctional) Workers of Chinese Apple factory were working 12 hours a day. Apple’s biggest supplier Foxconn committed suicide because of the stressful conditions of their job. In these two cases, Apple conflicted with workers. Apple didn’t deal with this problem well.
Result Of Case 2. This conflict caused negative results: 1.Destroy the relationship between Apple and Chinese workers. 2.Both parties can end up losing in this type of conflict. 3.This type of conflict can lead to further acts of negative.
