A glimpse of Merchandising • The methods, practices, and operations used to promote and sustain certain categories of commercial activity. • At a retail in-store level, merchandising refers to the variety of products available for sale and the display of those products in such a way that it stimulates interest and entices customers to make a purchase.

  3. Qualities Needed for this Career • Organization. • Creativity • Detail Oriented • Professionalism • Assertiveness • Able to Network • Friendly

  4. Merchandising • Salary: $101, 997 • Locations: More High fashion area’s (New York, Miami, Los Angeles). • Also, Merchandising does not just have to do with fashion!

  5. My Qualities • My test revealed I have Administration qualities which would benefit in these career because a merchandiser will have to be their own boss. • Also Creativity was in my career results, and this is also a trait a merchandiser must have. • I am also organized, great with deadlines, and schedule important events.
