Planning meetings • Meet with coordinators from various Departments • Construction projects and timelines • Summer school and Kidstop programs • Building engineer projects – cleaning schedules – furniture moved from rooms • Building and Grounds • Network outages • Purchasing – shipment dates to imaging center • Warehouse – Delivery of hardware once it has been tagged and imaged • Meet with Individual buildings • Technical Support, Principle, LMS, Custodian and Resource Manager to collaborate schedules so we can all be successful and work around each other if necessary • Final review of inventory allocations and then buildings were asked not to move any equipment prior to the start of summer. • Set up location for incoming imaged hardware to be stored if necessary as well as a location for outgoing hardware.

Also Snap, Peek, and Shake give you easy (and fun) new ways to juggle all those open windows. • Online help available • From a tech support standpoint: • • It is supported, XP is near end of life. • • The OS has most of the hardware drivers needed to attach new/old hardware. • • Good reason to “end of life” old software and hardware to move forward.
