  7. SMS Notification Short text messages delivered straight to the student’s cell phone ACEware partners with Twilio to provide this service. The Twilio charge per message is ¾ of a penny.

  8. Range of Holiday dates

  9. Deleted records not viewable Marking a record for deletion? It disappears immediately!

  10. Date Queries have date picker

  11. Remove old/corrupt/bloated User Files When user files “go bad” or you want to clean old ones, you can remove them from the password maintenance screen

  12. NUM2FRACTION New function that displays a number with a decimal as a fraction ( for formatting fractions in a report)

  13. Favorite Reports Can be customized by user or Keeper of the Flame

  14. User Controlled Search Preferences Helps improve search speed

  23. Course Email Reminders Setting the Reminder preferences on the course preference screen will allow you to auto-send course reminders via email or SMS NEW! Email reminders exclude courses that have yet to reach minimum enrollment

  24. Calendar for Lag Dates (ACEweb Setting) Stop counting days and identify a date!

  25. Add Instructor to Course Level Quick Emails

  27. New Membership Options Multiple membership “levels” on a single Membership course Renewing members are now identified on the name screen with the Renewed Member checkbox

  28. Adding Catalog Code (on-the-fly) When you Save the new catalog record, the new code is automagically entered in the Catalog Code Field. Thank You Matthew!!!!!

New Preference – Quick Cancel a Registration When this preference is CHECKED: When you “Cancel” a registration, AND there is NO payment,SM AUTOmagically zeroes out the hours, ceus and credit fields, cancels the registration and adds a fee adjustment entry to zero out the Amount Due Great for “Cleaning up” AW-Pending registrations
