Achievements • Test and corrected linear Delphi code, Diffusion and Darcy, upwind, runbut; bc?. • Implementing with Nikhil and Test anisotropy DTI calculation for Delphi Diffusionlinear. • - Escape presentation and extended article draft are completed. • Developed and tested new DTI stitching program (Matlab 2D/3D) using new data format; file size is reduced in three times, run just one program not four. • Tested dual channel catheters again in the gel and dog brain.
