Health Facilities Authority • Five-member volunteer Board appointed by County • Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed, P.A. serves as Authority Counsel • Public Financial Management serves as Authority Financial Advisor • OCHFA is a legal entity seeking to facilitate low cost financing of health related projects • No staff • No budget • No assets
