Session 1 - Functionality • initial access & permissions • usability of site • the process of filling in the data • the process of submission of the data • the process of validating the data • clarity of data submission process • links with internal data management systems & 2-tier authority working issues • timescales • style, format, usefulness, readability of manual • helpline • training BeEnvironmentalTaking the sting out of waste & environmental management
