Explorative CBA of the WFD rather than a comprehensive CBA (the measures will be not known before 2009) 6 steps: methodology, general framework, inventory of available studies, selection of case studies, organisation of workshops, draft of an overall explorative CBA 12 months Purpose and contents of the study

  3. Questionnaire to the SCG members before Summer to collect information on available studies 2 specific workshops to present the interim results: first on 27 September Presentation of the final report to the SCG in 2007 Role of the SCG

  4. Organisation of workshops, conferences for information sharing Background papers for policy options Continuation of the SSG work, open question for the co-leading of the activity Deliverables and organisation
