  1. EB 5 Visa Regional Center: An Overview An EB 5 regional center is an organization that is designated by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. USCIS sponsors capital investment projects in which foreign investors invest in. The most common advantage of regional center designation is that it can get the benefit of indirect job creation. An EB 5 regional center helps foreign investors and project developers to reduce the hassle of meeting the needs of qualifying job creation under the EB 5 program rules. This EB-5 visa regional centeris available for investment for foreign investors and companies that are looking to complete a project under the EB 5 program. It can be private or public economic entity connected with the promotion of maximized domestic capital, job creation, enhanced regional’s productivity, maximizing economic growth, and so on. Regional centers are known for representing one of two ways for EB 5 foreign investors to get conditional permanent residence – the next is being a direct investment into a new commercial business. Instead of investing directly into any EB 5 project, the regional centers can set up an investment fund for the benefit of the EB 5 investors. Investors can but equity stakes in the investment fund. Then, the amount either purchases equity in the job creation entity or mortgage the job-creating entity money.
