Our recent successes • At the Spring 2012 graduation, we had 24 newly minted MHAs • On the day of graduation, 21 of 24 had secured fellowships or employment • Within 30 days from graduation, we had 23 of 24 placed! • New fellowship placements for us included: UPMC, Dignity Health (California), Vidant (North Carolina), Palmetto (South Carolina) Career Paths

Our recent successes (cont’d) • At the Spring 2013 graduation, we had 22 newly minted MHAs • On the day of graduation, 19 of 22 had secured fellowships or employment • New fellowship placements for us included: Cleveland Clinic, Mainline Health (Pennsylvania), John C. Administrative fellowships • Similar to residency program after Medical School • Range from 12-24 months in duration • Consist of various department/operational rotations and project responsibilities • Organization’s ability (and yours, too) to have an extended “kick the tires” on a prospective hire • 240-280 “formal” fellowships per year Career Paths
