Hire the right individuals to work with families AND train them properly to perform their job Built strong foundations in the African American community

About us… 88% overall CMS conversion rate 71% of African American families authorize donation 1.50 Odds Ratio Estimate (50% more likely for AA to authorize donation than the average) African American Population Kansas 5.9% (Wichita 28.3%) Missouri 11% (Kansas City 29.9%) Over the last 5 years, 10% - 14.4% of MTN donors have been African American (20-30 per year)
