  6. Immediate Objective • 150 trade unionists from EMF affiliates in NMS and CC trained on selected topics within the framework of social dialogue at company, national and European level

  7. Development Objectives • Support the development of sustainable trade union organisations affiliated to EMF • Promote • effective recognition of trade unions and trade union rights as fundamental pillars for implementing the European Social Dialogue model • technological innovation for trade unions • Promote exchange of practices and experiences amongst European trade unions in the metal industry

  8. Content • development of metal industry – trends in countries, • organising workers in trade unions, • collective bargaining in metal industry, • information, consultation - EWCs, • occupational safety and health, • globalisation (relocations, restructuring), • achievements of European social dialogue.
