  26. Twinning Contract **Twinning partners agree on a detailed Work Plan with corresponding budget setting out exact responsibilities to reach activity and the means to achieve them, with benchmarks to measure.

Twinning Contract TC > List of services MS will provide Legal document that commits all parties * to achieve the desired results, * the order they must take place, * persons responsible for activities Contains the specific objective of the project, covering organisation, legislation, training, IT ...

Twinning Contract Contract should clearly state: references to other projects – to avoid overlaps co-ordination tools: project Steering Committee careful consideration of risks duration of the project: 2-3 months longer than the work schedule, contracting and disbursement deadline should be considered time schedule logical sequence of the activities study visits, seminars, workshops, internships – these should also directly contribute to the achievement of the results Full coherence between WP schedule and budget
