questions... questions for discussion in small groups
Could learning about different countries/cultures be considered as global education?
What do you find more important in terms of global education – information (knowledge) or the formation of attitutes, values and critical thinking?
What do you, as teachers, need more – information about global topics or methods how to deal with them?
Does the teacher need to be an expert on global themes to include them into his/her lessons?
Do we, as teachers, need to answer all students´ questions? What should be the role of the teacher in the classroom?
Thank you for attention. kristyna.hrubanova@fairtrade.cz www.fairtrade.cz
