  3. Question • Which citrus fruit has the most acidic properties

  4. Hypothesis • I think the grapefruit will have the most acidic properties because it is bigger than the rest of the other fruit and it’s sour.

  5. Material • 4 limes • 4Lemons • 4 Grapefruits • 4 Clementines • 16 cups • pH strips

  6. Procedures • Take 1 of each fruit and extract it’s juice. • Measure it’s pH value by dipping pH strips it to each cup of juice. • Record data • Repeat 3 more times(4 trials) • Compare data to see which fruit has the most pH value.

  7. Conclusion My data shows that the Lemon and Lime have the lower pH value which means that they are the sourest
