Teamwork with Incorporated institute of mechanical engineering of Academy of sciences of Belarus My international experience Mixes for sputtering on the basis of superhigh-molecular polyethylene with various fillers, including nano dimension. At the first stage carbon nanotubes 9.5nm in diameter and 1.5 mkm in length are considered as fillers. The process of conducting and uniform distribution is quite complicated.

8. International Innovation ProjectsEngineering Polymer Center In November, 2007 the Engineering Polymer Center was opened - it is a joint project of OAORZHD, SPBGU, OOO IP, SKZ GmbH (Wurzburg, Germany) • Goals of the Project: • gathering, analysis and systematization of information, concerning development and implementation of modern constructive polymer materials in world practice; • holding science-practical conferences on the opportunities for construction polymer materials and new technologies for recycling them; • development of innovative technologies for creating and recycling construction polymers, creation of new pilot batches and their implementation. • Russian-German Institute of Polymers conducts R&D for RZHDin co-operation with Saint-Petersburg State University and the leading universities of the city.

9. THE CENTER FOR DYNAMICAL TESTING test site – joint project of LengiprotransandMekhanobr-Technika • The center's main activities are: researching the upper constructions of railway roads, highways, runaways, taking into account the load, velocities, climate factors and other conditions. • Practical and theoretical research of different types of constructions and their elements for the upper roads constructions: motor and railroads, airports, undergrounds, taking into account the influence of loads, velocities, climate factors and other conditions. • Theoretical research in the area of different types of materials and construction elements ofthe upper road construction implementation, including elastomeric materials (roadbed base plates, under-sleeper shock absorbers, rail brace sleepers) and also geotextiles and geogrids. • On-site and dynamic testing of different constructions of the upper road constructions and components, checking and approving project solutions. Such a stand is located in Germany, in Munich Technical University Laboratory.

Strategic projectTHE TEST STAND OF THE«CENTER OF DYNAMIC TESTS»the joint project of the “Russian –German Institute of Polymers” ,"Lengiprotrans" and "Mehanobr-technics" At present all necessary dynamic tests are as a rule ordered in foreign countries, and the Russian centre will allow to make an import replacememnt of the given services and grant unique possibilities to the foreign companies (a test for extreme temperatures from +60 0 to – 60 0). The test dynamic centre will allow to inspect the working capacity of transport constructions, knots and materials under conditions of true operational loadings and environmental conditions inherent to various regions of Russia and other countries. The project "Test stand" has been presented during the 9th Russian-German forum «Petersburg dialogue» in Munich on July, 14-16th, 2009
