  2. Design your Rx Template 1

  3. Prescription Template Example: for a Ganirelix with FollistimCycle we will need • Follistim (not sure if patient might need 300 or 600 or 900 IU Cartridge) • Follistim Pen Device • Ganirelix • Menopur • Menopur Q Caps • HCG 10000 • Progesterone in Ethyl Oleate • Desogen • Needles to inject IM • Syringes to mix Menopur • Needle Disposal System • Etc.

  5. Prescription Template To Create a Template (Setup Drugs Prescription Template) Click on New button on the bottom right hand side

  6. Prescription Template 1. Define Prescription Template Name

  7. Prescription Template 2. Select Drug and specific Drug Strength s for your Template

  8. Prescription Template • Select All Follistim options (300, 600, 900)

  9. Prescription Template 3. Enter Quantity, # of Refills and click in Sub checkbox if Substitution is allowed for this drug

  10. Prescription Template Continue entering Menopur, Menopur Q Caps, HCG 10000, Progesterone in Ethyl Oleate, Desogen, Needles to inject IM, Syringes to mix Menopur, etc. 4. Click Save

  11. Test your Rx Template 3

  12. Testing Rx Template • Go to Patient Chart • Click on Rx icon

  13. Testing Rx Template • Chose the template you created • You will see all drugs, needles and supplies you created on the template will automatically populate
