  2. Dear Parents, In November, we started to do more hands-on cooking. We used a lot of cooking equipments such as microwave oven, blender and electric stove. The students were very excited about it. We prepared some simple recipes. We used fruit in most of our recipes which they find it very healthy and delicious. They like cutting and mixing the ingredients as well. They all enjoyed having a different kind of experience in cooking. 5. Dear Parents, This month, we had another three fun stories that the students had enjoyed listening to. The stories focus more on being “unique.” All the characters in the stories have their own extra ordinary personalities in their own little way: Olivia,a feisty pig who has too much energy for her own good; Freckleface Strawberry, a girl who’s different just like everyone else and; Madeline, a very brave and courageous girl whose not afraid of anything. The students just love each and every book for they themselves can somehow relate to all the stories. The books definitely delivered positive messages to all the students!
