Performance Indicators – a portion of the Comprehensive Needs Assessment (CNA) • 40 Performance Indicators/90 Rubrics • Volunteers to complete the full CNA • Results will roll into the electronic School Improvement Plan • 2008 – 2009 • Dependent upon Field Test

School Improvement Website • Training/Assistance • Provided online via powerpoint and video • Example of the log in procedure is complete and will be highlighted today • Others will lead the schools through completion of the Comprehensive Needs Assessment and EdYES! • District/ISD/coaches/other personnel will be able to see a page and guide others through completion of the page.
