Australia's population is growing faster than ever with a demographic profile ageing quicker than ever. <br>At the same time the aged care workforce has the highest median age of employed people of any sector. Therefore even though the demand for aged care services is growing, the supply of aged care workers is a challenge with a retiring workforce and a need to engage the emerging generations.
