What is Panic Attacks? • Panic attack is a sudden surge of overwhelming anxiety and fear. • Panic Attack can lead to panic disorder and other problems. • Panic attack may occur as part of another disorder, such as panic disorder, social phobia or depression. http://www.extremeanxietydisorders.com

  3. Signs and Symptoms Panic attacks often strike when you’re away from home, but they can happen anywhere and at any time.
