  2. What is the eco-system in the Grand Canyon? • Mule deer live on the Canyon rim. They graze on the low sagebrush in the early morning. The Canyon floor is more like a dessert.

  3. What , when and where? • All these animals that I will be talking about are living on or around the Grand Canyon . Birds such as ravens, chickadees, and nuthatches nest in and all around the Canyon.

  4. Why and how? • Colorado doesn't have certain plants like Arizona has. Arizona has cactus and certain treesthat Colorado doesn’t have.

  5. other: • Peregrine falcons and bald eagles are two rare birds that can be seen around the park . Snakes and scorpions live under rocks, be careful.
