  1. NHS JOBS 2 NHS Jobs was replaced with NHS Jobs 2 on 4 March 2014. NHS Jobs 2 is a significant enhancement on the current service and will benefit from new functionality resulting in a significantly enhanced experience for all users including applicants, managers and Human Resources. The new service will include major improvements to application forms,, shortlisting, restricted adverts and electronic communications (interviews, job offer, references). There will also be a number of new features including advert authorisation, text messaging (free via NHS Mail), end-to-end tracking (vacancy, appointment, pre-employment checks), HR department SLA management and reporting, interview scheduling and online booking. To ensure manager’s are fully briefed on the changeover of the systems and how to operate NHS Jobs 2, training sessions have been arranged for managers as follows: Wednesday 19th March 9.30 am -11.30 am Alfred Hill 30 Lecture Suite 2 & 3 Wednesday 9th April 9.30 am -11.30 am Alfred Hill Learning and Development group rooms A & B Wednesday 23rd April 9.30 am -11.30 am Alfred Hill 30 Lecture Suite 2 & 3 Due to room capacities you will need to book a space in advance.
