How Olper’s is building customer-based equity • Helps to improve sales and has long term benefits. • Due to few brands in milk sector it is easier for customers to make different associations for each brand in mind.(non product related attributes such as the red color of olper’s)
Olper’s product related attributes,such as white color,hygienic and processed milk,are similar to other brands such as NESTLE and HALEEB. • Olper’s is promoted with the viewpoint that the milk is meant for ALL-PURPOSES.
Functional benefits include healthy bones, high calcium, good taste Experiential benefits are that every morning starts with Olper’s milk that is thetag line ‘Subah bakhair zindagi’ Benefits
How Olper’s is measuring customer-based equity The HR managers used question-naires contained some questions related to brand personality description to understand customers' feelings for the brand.
The managers agree that ENGRO foods has helped improve he image for Olper’s by comparing the company’s characteristics with the characteristics of Olper’s.
How Olper’s is managing customer-based equity Olper’s is concentrating on the emotional aspect in their ads in order to focus on the core need of customers that can be satisfied. Olper’s has also funded women’s exhibition in Karachi a few months ago and further adding more value to brand and managing customer-based equity
