Project Schedule: Design Start: January 30, 2012 Target Design Completion: December / 2012 Projected Bid Opening: TBD Projected Construction Start Date: TBD Design Status: The Concept plan is complete and was presented in the community meeting, comments will be incorporated into the preliminary phase. Pending Issues: Needs to vacate the street ROW since the park site is part of a dedicated subdivision.
